Bugreport: IPv4 CIDR syntax collides with Logger

On fresh installed OIDplus svn-187, trying any operation on an IPv4 network fail due to CIDR syntax passed in maskcode being exploded on slash by the Logger::log() function

e.g. 10.0.0.0/8 generates " Error: Unexpected logger mask code 'OID(ipv4:10.0.0.0'"
